Oatmeal Energy Bites

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Energy Balls

Ingredients

1 Cup Oats

¼ Cup Peanut Butter

¼ Liquid Honey

½ Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

¼ Cup Three Farmers Lightly Salted Crunchy Little Lentils

½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract and mix together.
  2. Add the oats, chocolate chips and Three Farmers Lightly Salted Crunchy Little Lentils to the bowl and mix together until combined.
  3. Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, this will make it easier to roll the mixture into balls.
  4. Scoop a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a bowl, place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment.
  5. Store the balls in a covered container in the fridge from up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.

Ingredients

1 Cup Oats

¼ Cup Almond Butter

¼ Cup Liquid Honey

¼ Cup Raisins

¼ Cup Pumpkin Seeds

¼ Cup Three Farmers Lightly Salted Crunchy Little Lentils

¼ Cup Shredded Coconut

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the almond butter, honey and vanilla extract and mix together.
  2. Add the oats, raisins, pumpkin seeds, coconut and Three Farmers Lightly Salted Crunchy Little Lentils to the bowl and mix together until combined.
  3. Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, this will make it easier to roll the mixture into balls.
  4. Scoop a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a bowl, place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment.
  5. Store the balls in a covered container in the fridge from up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
